BRIEF

How does a high-growth brand maintain its velocity while breaking into new athletic verticals? By bridging the gap between "lifestyle aesthetics" and "high-performance utility." Our client sought to move beyond the traditional gym-only bubble and plant their flag in the action sports world, requiring a strategy that prioritized both community trust and a frictionless path to purchase.

WHAT WE DID

We expanded their existing social reach by recruiting a new tier of hybrid-athlete creators—mid-size surfers, skaters, and climbers who live a functional fitness lifestyle—to showcase the gear's durability outside the gym. To maximize this traffic, we overhauled the commerce infrastructure, replacing generic homepages with bespoke landing pages and curated Women’s Edits tailored to each creator’s niche. By integrating this authentic creator content directly into the product pages and boosting high-performing posts via Spark Ads, we created a seamless "discovery-to-checkout" funnel. This strategy not only drove record-breaking quarterly revenue but also provided a direct feedback loop from the action sports community that informed the brand's next phase of product development.

THE RESULTS

Our strategic pivot delivered the brand's highest quarterly revenue to date, fueled by a 45% increase in conversion rates through our tailored landing pages and a 2x surge in brand mentions within the action sports community. By successfully repositioning DFYNE from "gym wear" to "high-performance apparel," we secured a massive increase in market share while utilizing real-time community feedback from TikTok to refine product durability and design for future collections.

BRIEF

How does a new brand in a niche community find fast online success? Via the power of affiliate/influencer-driven sales on a platform that categorizes niche content, of course! Our client wanted to both drive quick sales, as well as build their brand via more content, and more impressions online.

WHAT WE DID

We setup shop on TikTok -- specifically, we asked our influencers to add our client to their TikTok Shop for percentage of affiliate sales, and asked them to create specific content highlighting the product benefits and specifics. We integrated that content into our client's own social media, and also used paid ads to boost the most successful posts. Our small brand client achieved their first ever $25k in sales throughout the quarter, and also received crucial product development feedback via the comment sections of the influencer's post. We also grew their social media following by over 80%.
